Congrats boys basketball!!! What an awesome game guys. To the very last seconds.

Every heart in that crappy gym stopped as the ball sailed towards the enemy's net with about twenty seconds left. 59-60 us. This shot would make the game. It came closer and closer to the rim. It looked like it was going to make it in. Then, as the ball reached rim level, it bounced off the corner where backboard meets rim and it sailed back into the court. Mere inches shorter and the game would have ended in misery for us. But it didn't land a few inches shorter and the rebound was caught by familiar hands. The crowd was beating with one heart in time with the last, descending seconds, praying that we could keep the ball on our side.

The final buzzer resounded to every corner of the thrilled spectaters and the visiting fans erupted in cheers. Our boys had pulled it off. The visitors poured off of the bleachers that had been their cage for the entire game and piled into center court, jumping and yelling and living in the moment. That must be what it feels like to be on ecstacy.

hahaha, probably not... but that's all I got.
