Monday afternoon was the epitome of how I am over-committed. I have come to know the true meaning of being in two places at once.
Track meet vs. Leominster and the first day of hell week.

But somehow, it all worked out. It always seems to do that. I guess that is just because I'm a lucky person.

And I mean timing was perfect. Boom! I'm off the stage for Act 1 and pulling off my costume. Boom! I'm running out to the field through the janitor's hallway, in my socks, while throwing on my jersey, and carrying my spikes. Boom! I'm out at the high jump pit, sure... my mark looks good.... here! Two jumps and I'm out of there.

Hey wow, I'm back at rehearsal for Act 2. Darn, I could have finished high jumping because Chris and Nicole are still finishing their scene. Oh well, somehow I managed a first place. ??? Yeah, I don't know. But I'm back on... talking, reacting, walking, ok, I'm done. Whoosh, I sprint back to the track. The two mile is still finishing. Oh geez, I don't know if I'll have time to hurdle. I only have 20 more minutes. Time creeps by but I finally have to go. Too bad for hurdles.

Inside, ah! I need to pull on my costume and shoes! Screw the buckles. Sorry Ben, didn't mean to keep you really waitin'. And, I'm done. Dad tells me in the hallway that the boys' heats are still going: hey! I might be able to hurdle after all!

Bolting out to the track, and I see the hurdles are moving to the girls' height and place. *sigh* I made it. Quick warm up over to the starting line and the fastest stretch in the world. I run the race. Sorry girls! I can't stay. Back to rehearsal!

Plenty of time when I get back. I breathe for once. Act 3 Scene 1. Bam! I'm done. Last dash back out to the track. And do I have wonderful timing or what? The boys are just finishing their 300m hurdle race. A few cheers erupt as my girls see me jogging across the field to join them at the start. The gun, 10 leaps, a mad sprint at the end and I end at 3rd. Not bad for just getting out there. Not bad at all.

Dinner. :) mmmm pizza. and I get to sit down. Wait! No I don't. It's 6:00: another rushed walk to the Relay meeting, drop of a few things, pick up a few things. And finally I get to sit down and enjoy my food.

Who does three things in one afternoon??
I mean really.

I have issues.

I like too many things.

hahaha, so there's a little slice of my life.
Sorry if it bored anyone.
