Loo: I flipped over in a kayak today!
Loo: I was actually in a funk this afternoon and called Mom to tell her about it. and then I went for a run to get out of my funk, decided to go kayaking instead for a change of pace, and God threw me in the water to say, "What is wrong with you Lauren?! Get out of this stupid funk! You have an awesome life, it's the effing summer, and you're in the middle of a bunch of beautiful nature!"
